Upon receiving payment of your order, your order will be packaged and sent out within 1 business day via Australia Post Services. 

All orders will be handled with the highest of care. Items will be boxed and protected to ensure your items are not damaged when you receive them. We are enthusiasts too, and understand the importance of well packaged items!

We will happily combine postage when purchasing multiple items from our range. Shoot us a message and we will work out the best postage quote for you!

At playlorcana.com.au we try our best to minimise our carbon footprint. Where applicable, we use recycled cardboard boxes to ship out your goods.

Shipping is a flat rate $15 for all orders under $150
Free shipping for all orders of $150 and over!

TRACKING INFORMATION

Upon order fulfilment, an email notification will be provided regarding which courier and your tracking ID. Please use this information to track your order. 

PICK UP

We offer pickup at our store at Bella Vista for online orders between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

We only offer Express Shipping services to Metro Australia. Please note, If you choose Express Shipping and live in a Rural location, your order will only be shipped as Standard Shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not ship internationally at this point in time.
